    Real responsibility from the get-go

     

    As the Analyst Sustainability you work closely with the Manager Sustainability to manage and oversee the sustainability project portfolio, increasingly taking over project management tasks. In doing so you act as the connection between stakeholders within Samskip, ensuring that our Operational, Procurement, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams are all aligned with our sustainability work. This will give you a great insight into all aspects of our company as you:

     

    • Assist with creating new data flows to feed into the core sustainability projects CSRD, Sustainability Report, and EcoVadis;
    • Assist with calculating our carbon footprint;
    • Help to write the annual Sustainability Report;
    • Work on creating a detailed 2030 roadmap for Samskip, including relevant new regulations, budget impacts, new vessels, and other new projects;
    • Prepare and join meetings with customers.

     

    At the same time, you will pursue a personal development project. This could be research into an interesting topic, attending events, following an online course, or spending some days with other departments.

    • A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Economics, Data Science, or Management;
    • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience and powerful analytical skills;
    • Good interpersonal skills including a high level English.
