    Job Description

    This role is responsible for developing corporate customer relationships jointly with the Key Account Manager. Corporate accounts are naturally very complex accounts using a huge part of our network. This role will support and work together with the Corporate Sales team to ensure that those customers achieve their expected business outcome as per the Samskip promise.

    Major Areas of Responsibility
    • Ensure internal alignment on customer’s requirements
    • Support the account manager to monitor progress with the customer and drive the expected results and therewith the level of relationship
    • Collaborate with the tender team to ensure a comprehensive and competitive offer
    • Leverage resources across the organization to solve specific issues/escalations
    Responsibilities
    • Prepare QBR, incl. all relevant functions
    • Monitoring of contract compliance and alignment with Key Account Manager in case of non-performance
    • Execute formalities on CSR and sustainability
    • Guide and execute customer audits or other customer specific formalities
    • Follow up on special requirements (e.g. self-billing)
    • Follow up on outstandings
    • Shared Tender Contract Specialist’s responsibilities for corporate accounts

    • Ability to drive business results and sales effectiveness by using data
    • High level of Samskip’s product understanding and how it derives value for our customer
    • Team player
    • Innovative and self-starter
    • HBO degree
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Advanced level of English, Dutch (nice to have)
