What will you be doing?
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building with new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on communicating with our customers, relationship management and achieving sales targets. You will be located in one of our offices in Ireland; Dublin or Cork.
Responsibilities:
- Make sure our customers get a timely response to requests for quotation on our services.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously track and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not a prerequisite for the role.
