    We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our growing team in Gdansk. In this newly established role, you will drive end-to-end service delivery, manage supplier performance, lead a team, and negotiate service customization with our partners. This role requires a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach, and the ability to balance cost control with service excellence having customer in mind. 

    Main responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the daily operations ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company goals.
    • Manage and evaluate supplier performance to ensure high-quality service standards.
    • Lead and develop an operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Utilize data analytics to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
    • Drive cost optimization while maintaining high service levels.
    • Own standard and actual area costings of truck and rail
    • Navigate ambiguity and multitask effectively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to drive operational success and achieve strategic objectives.
    What we are looking for:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in transport logistics, experience in multimodal, intermodal, or rail operations is a plus.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience in PowerBI or similar analytical tools.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to change.
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
    • Curiosity and being open to ongoing learning.
