As Business Development Manager, you will be a key person in the development of our business in southern Poland. Your task will be not only to acquire new customers, but also to build long-term relationships and ensure the highest quality of service. This position gives you a lot of freedom of action and the possibility to have a real impact on the company's development. If you are a self-starter, have a good command of sales and appreciate a dynamic environment, we are looking forward to meeting you!

Main responsibilities:
- Active sales of Samskip services and market development (focus on southern Poland),
- Building long-term relationships and maintaining sales in your region,
- Meeting sales targets and monitoring the market for new opportunities,
- Liaising with the operations team and suppliers on service offerings,
- Working closely with the Customer Service Department in Gdansk to ensure the highest standard of service,
- Communicating new products and service improvements,
- Regular meetings with customers and periodic travel to Gdansk or headquarters (Netherlands).
What we are looking for:
- Sales process knowledge,
- Transport industry knowledge and container shipping experience (preferred),
- Effective communicator,
- Persistent negotiator,
- Good organization skills, Self-started, comfortable with working remotely,
- Very good level of English (speaking and writing),
- At least 2 years of experience in sales department,
- At least 2 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry (road FTL or container/intermodal – preferred).
