As an experienced Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in driving data excellence. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks, all contributing to the success of our data initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead data modeling efforts to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting.
- Provide key support in data transformation projects.
- Mentor and guide other Data Analysts within the team.
- Act as the primary liaison between Business Analysts and Data Engineers, collaborating closely with the Data Architect.
- Translate complex business requirements into practical data-driven solutions.
- Effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in data modeling and visualization, particularly within a logistics or supply chain context.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (preferably Power BI) and statistical analysis tools.
- Previous experience mentoring or leading a team of Data Analysts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
