    A Crucial, Customer-Focused Role!

    As a Customer Services Coordinator, your main focus is delivering the best possible customer experience. You will act as a key point of contact for customers from start to finish. The role is dynamic, challenging, and rewarding. Communication is essential, and no two days are the same.

    Your responsibilities include:
    • Taking proactive ownership of your customer portfolio
    • Managing order flows and quickly processing incoming requests
    • Keeping customers informed and identifying/communicating irregularities or issues
    • Handling complaints, disputes, and problem-solving
    • Collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to achieve goals
    • Processing reports and creating/using overviews

    This means you need to be an excellent communicator with a direct and collaborative approach. You can handle pressure and are eager to familiarize yourself with different booking systems.

    Requirements:

    🔹 A completed vocational education (MBO level 3 or 4)
    🔹 Some experience in logistics is a plus but not required!
    🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    🔹 Good written and verbal English communication skills, Dutch it's a plus!
